Experienced Marketing Administrative Assistant needed.
Administrative Assistant needed to support a team of Commercial/Vacant Land
Real Estate Brokers.
Responsibilities will include:
- Marketing Packages
- Correspondence
- Flyer Updates
- Meeting arrangements
- Report reproduction including printing, laminating, and binding
- Back up telephone duty shared with other office staff
- Managing databases
- Proof reading all marketing documents and letter.
- Other projects as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent Computer skills needed. 2-5 years prior marketing
administrative assistant experience preferred.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient in Grammar, Spelling, and Punctuation.
- Commercial Real Estate Or Vacant Land Brokerage experience highly
preferred
- Excellent employment references and work history
- Intermediate Word and Excel experience
- Able to work with all levels of personnel
