Marketing Assistant

Experienced Marketing Administrative Assistant needed.
Administrative Assistant needed to support a team of Commercial/Vacant Land
Real Estate Brokers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Marketing Packages
  • Correspondence
  • Flyer Updates
  • Meeting arrangements
  • Report reproduction including printing, laminating, and binding
  • Back up telephone duty shared with other office staff
  • Managing databases
  • Proof reading all marketing documents and letter.
  • Other projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent Computer skills needed. 2-5 years prior marketing
    administrative assistant experience preferred.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficient in Grammar, Spelling, and Punctuation.
  • Commercial Real Estate Or Vacant Land Brokerage experience highly
    preferred
  • Excellent employment references and work history
  • Intermediate Word and Excel experience
  • Able to work with all levels of personnel
