Greetings,

The Colliers International Natural Resource Group, formerly known as Forestland Resources, would like to announce the sale of approximately 4,032± acres of well managed, investment quality timberland on Washington's Olympic Peninsula. The properties are located in Grays Harbor, Clallam and west Jefferson Counties. These properties will be offered as approximately 32 separate parcels ranging in size from 10 to 1000 acres. The stands contain a variety of age classes, species, terrain and merchantable timber.

The Olympic Peninsula Properties are going to be sold through a Request for Offers or "RFO" process, with the final bid date in mid April and closing in mid May. Information regarding the property locations, stand information and bid process is scheduled for release March 3rd. Please note that in order to receive the Olympic Peninsula Properties Portfolio, you must request it through the contact information provided in this letter.
